I honestly cannot recommend Lorenzo with Giuseppe at Pippo Plumbers highly enough!
This is now the 5th time I have used their services, and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. They recently carried out a fantastic job repairing my toilet and installing a new kitchen sink. Their workmanship was absolutely meticulous, everything was completed with great care and attention to detail, and the results were excellent.
What really makes this company stand out is their professionalism, reliability, punctuality, honesty and  affordable prices. You can tell that both were genuinely taking pride in their work and cares about customer satisfaction.
It’s not easy to find a plumber you can trust, but with Pippo Plumbers, I know I’m in good hands every single time. They provide a guarantee too. They are my first choice whenever I need plumbing work done.

I had a very positive experience with Pippo Plumbers. The engineer was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very informative and helpful throughout the visit, making sure I understood the work that was being carried out.

Really friendly, helpful and professional service. The plumber took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and was willing to think creatively about some less conventional solutions rather than simply taking the easiest approach. A genuinely dreadful experience. Plumber “didn’t want to” write down the quote so whispered it to me instead. He then proceeded to decide he couldn’t fix either of my two plumbing problems so offered to knock 20% off the price. He then became aggressive when I suggested I shouldn’t pay for work that wasn’t actually done so I ended up paying. After much back and forth over email and him failing to turn up to fix the problem he had failed to fix first time, I accepted a partial refund but still had paid £350 for precisely zero problems to be fixed. They quoted me over £400 for a new tap (plus the £134 call out fee I already paid). Later that same day I got it done for £180, including call out and materials. Total scammers, would not trust them again.

Edit in response to business reply : yes the call out fee was agreed and I was happy to pay that, this is about the quoted ADDITIONAL 400 for a new tap. If I got it done for less than half of your original quote then clearly your pricing is skewed.
As for your discount as a “gesture of good will”; you went down from over 400 to 280. I still declined. But the fact that you were able to cut your price down by that much doesn’t say “good will”, it says “we were hoping you’d fall for the first one, when we can clearly do it for over 100 less”. Had an emergency with no hot water and Pippo Plumbers came out within hours. Fixed the boiler issue fast and the price was fair. Very impressed.
